Busy Day 6/10/2009
June 10th, 2009
Good Morning,
This is Penny. We have had a very busy day today. It seems like they have been going so fast (that is a good thing) when you are living in a small room with hard bed’s and limited hot water. Auntie Kim can you schedule Andrew and a I massage our back’s are killing us. Today we had a visiting professor come to evaluate Kyle and it amazes me how everyone here seem’s to think that Kyle is so smart after talking to him for such a short time, if they only knew. The professor did notice and I am not sure if anyone else know’s this but Kyle has limited mobility in his jaw wich makes it difficult for him to eat so starting next week they will start a new physical therapy plan and start accupuncture on his jaw. Kyle wanted me to share with you that he has so many needle holes in his body he looks like an addict. He is also able to roll to his left side not just his right, we are all so excited. Today he had his 2nd injection and that went well I am so looking forward to the next few days. He always get’s hungry after his treatment so his brother is at Lati Mart getting him a hamburger. I will continue to write and please keep up the prayers and thought’s. We love hearing from all of you.

Hi Guys!
I love reading your blog everyday, and hearing about Kyle’s progress. It is just so exciting, and I can’t wait to hear about his progress after the 2nd injection. Jeremy and I talk about it everyday, and can’t wait to see the results for ourselves. I won’t be able to check the blog until next week. I am off to Vegas for Coffee Fest! Kyle, if I get any time away from the booth, I will see what kinds of coffee related goodies I can get you. Take care.

My table will be ready and so will I! You know you guys are the talk of the town. We all check this page morning noon and night. I see my friend Mindy Parker is now a friend of Kyles. She is a great gal. Baked a ton for the benefit. I’ve known her since she was a bitty girl. One question I have is does the progress Kyles made stay with him forever? We are finally having a sunny day. Clothes line day! I am going to be working for Grandpa this weekend at Craig HS..It’ll be all ready for you for next year Kyle. I know you are excited about that. HA HA! Nothing else planned for the weekend. Joey will be with Ann and Alex while I work.

Sounds like everything is going great! My whole family loves to hear about the progress as well. We enjoy logging on and seeing what new things he does every day! I hate needles you are one tough guy Kyle! Enjoy your hamburger! See you later!

I was on a field trip all day with a bunch of 4th graders today. a lady asked me about kyle on our trip to the zoo. and yes you guys are the talk of the town. everyone wishes you well and are thinking and praying for you. Hey you guys!! Sorry to hear about the beds and little hot H20 but very excited to read another blog! I think we all anticipate the next one. Not surprised about the jaw thing though., glad they have a plan for that too. Aunt Chris has been calling every couple days, so Ive been keeping her updated, she’s going nuts, imagine that! She is kinda nuts LOL thats ok, I dont mind. We are good Jasons working hard on his new job. Susie is here right now, we are gonna take Callie for a walk, she loves going! Hi all, so thrilled that things are going well with Kyle. That is so exciting that he can lift his legs. I’m with Shelly, I hate needles. Kudo’s to you Kyle. Nothing much happening here. Scott just got home from his 4 day drunk (I mean state Firefighter convention) in Eau Claire. Cass graduates tomorrow night. Praying the weather is good so we can have it at Monterey. Might have to get in the pool this weekend if the weather is like they say it’s going to be. About time!!! One week til Josh is 21……..You are in our thoughts and prayers every day.
