MORE IMPROVEMENTS!!!
June 16th, 2009
It is Kyle and I am so excited to report that the day after my third injection I have noticed a great improvement in the strength of my arms and hands along with my neck, that has yet to feel tired today!!! Mr. Mullen better watch out because when I get to strength and conditioning class next year my arms are going to be bigger than his (not like that is hard to do). That is not the only big news we have recieved within the last 24 hours, however. Because we have to be here until July 8th and our last treatment is on the 3rd, I will be recieving one more injection bringing the total to 8! Today Andrew and I went across the street to get a coffee at Angel In Us Coffee for me, then went to the park down the street to play basketball (I am not playing YET) and a couple of guys asked Andrew to play with them so he did for about 30 minutes. All in all a good day. Tonight we are going to try a new Japanese resturaunt. They cook right in front of us like JMK in Rockford. Love you all and cant wait to see you!

Hello Kyls,
GREAT NEWS!!!!! We are so happy for you and your family. Mom must be overwhelmed at this point. I am so glad we got Brandon’s story out for all to see. Your progress only solidifies why it is so important to make these stories known. You are an inspiration to all that read your story now and in the future. You are giving hope to many families that are trying to make the decision on whether or not to go through with the treatment. Keep up the hard work as we know how hard the therapy is. The sky is the limit!!!! We can’t wait to see what is next. I hope we can get togehter when you get back to the states.
God Bless

The best part of my morning is reading your blog while drinking my coffee. I am so amazed at your progress. You are a very brave and strong young man! It is also great to see that you are taking in so much of China. Clearly, for many reasons, this will be a trip you will never forget! Alex spent the day with Joey yesterday and those two crazy kids got in the pool! The temp. was only 57 degrees, I say NO THANK YOU to that! They must have had a blast though since Auntie Kim dropped Alex off at 6 and he was sleeping by 7:30! Love to all until next time. Ann
