Mark has had his first spinal stem cell treatment today he now cannot eat for 4 hours he says he doesn’t know what hurts the most his injection or his empty stomach!!!!! He needs to lie fully flat for 6 hours without lifting his head
Everything appears to be going to plan hopefully tomorrow he will be able to get up and about and go out for a few hours in between his treatments

hang in there mark im just havin a big burger with everything on and chips hmmmm its rainin very hard ere wont c u til we get back from turkey i will phone from there love u mark xx
