Hi Al,

Hey, it’s probably a bit late but Happy Thanksgiving anyway-did you manage to have some chicken and pretend it was turkey?! We had our Thanksgiving last month, here, so now it’s onward toward Xmas… Yeah, spinals often seem to bring about weird side effects that no one tells you about . Probably because everyone seems to react to them differently. For me, after my 2nd one, I went really stiff & rigid-kind of like I was the Tinman and someone had sprayed me with water. Try telling THAT to your Chinese physiotherapist! Anyway, after a couple of days I loosened up & got doing way better than ever. Weird, I was seriously bummed out about it while it was happening though…..Best wishes oin the next ’round. You’ll be an “old pro” at this soon! Bye for now & take good care…

Al & Joanne, I am constantly praying and thinking of you both.
It might be a good time for some creative visualization seeing those millions of stem cells healing your body. Am feeling so helpless being in New Jersey. Hi Al & Joanne,

We’re so glad you had your first treatment and that it’s over- it’s hard to lay on your back for 6 hrs and be quiet. Now you’re on your way to being better- I firmly believe that! Let us know how your Thanksgiving goes and how the turkey tastes. We had lots of chicken but never turkey. What an adventure! Sam wants to say a few words so I’ll say goodbye now.
