We’re in China!

May 23rd, 2008

Hi everybody,

We finally got here after the 14 hour flight…. not as bad as we thought it would be.

The hospital is really nice and modern and the staff are really friendly.

Just orderd a mcdonalds from the hospital as our curfew is 9pm! The time here is 7hrs ahead of the UK.

We are on the 20th floor, great view. Pics and updates to follow.

Hi Alan and Nikki, great to hear that you arrived safe and well in China. Hope everything goes well with the treatment. It will be good to be able to keep updated with the Blog. I will pass on the web address to Jenny, Ann and Victoria – I’m sure they will be very interested in how things are going and it will be good to receive emails from home. I will keep in touch.
    Kind regards Andy.
PS – do the McDodalds taste like they should??

Hi Alan, you prob wont remember me but we went to school, together, was directed to your blog by David Brooks, well what can I say other than do as your doing and stay positive. I lost my first daughter to Leukimea when she was just 5 months old, so to a degree, I know how tough things are for you. Anyway, take as much care of yourself as you can.
