Within my book of memories,
Are special thoughts of you.
And all the many nice things
You often say and do -

As I turn the pages,
And recall each single thought,
I realize the happiness
That knowing you has brought.

There are memories of the times we've shared
Both bright and sunny days.
There are memories of your kindness
And your friendly thoughtful ways.

There are memories of all those notes,
we would write back and forth,
When we would just get together,
And talk of this or that.

And when I recall these memories
As I go along life's way,
I find they grow more precious still
With every passing day.

Alan I am so proud to have known you and to be able to say you were my friend.

Alan, have not see you for years as relatives should but i am with you today in my prayers as you finally rest. Not sure if you can remember me but i was moved about how you got on with things and never complained, a true testimony to your bravery. Rest in Peace. Carl (Auntie Freda's son)

How are you doing now? I'm thinking about stem cell injections for my most recent ALS diagnosis (08/07/08). I would like to know the cost of flight, will insurance cover and how long do improvement from injections last?

Congratulations Alan and Nikki. If it was easy everyone would be doing it, so good on ya! Judging from your commuter flight, it sounded a lot like Air North (Canada)! Cathay is a wonderful airline and they will have my future business because of how they treated you. Rest up, enjoy your mates and family and continued good wishes.

Sincerely,

Kevin
