This is a rare picture of Austin. He looks so good. His therapist Gerti helped him to sit up. She is amazing with Austin. He has been working hard on learning this. Most days this does not happen and it is only for a short while. Maybe he will improve with stem cells!

Hi Everyone,
We are busy getting ready to leave for our trip! We leave in 13 days! It is amazing the work needed to get ready! We will be going to Qingdao, China. It looks to be a beautiful city. It was occupied by the Germans for 30 years and they left their mark on the architecture. The Germans built a brewery there which is now the largest in China. Every August they have an International Beer festival. We will miss that. This city is built by the sea and is supposed to have a climate similar to CA. I hope so. The world’s largest sea-world is also near. I am hoping that we will get to go to the beach some. Austin will have 6 stem cell injections and lots of therapy. We will have Sundays off and hope to do some sight seeing then. Please send out lots of prayers for Austin as we begin our journey. I hope and pray that these stem cells really help him. I know it is not a miracle but every little improvement helps Austin’s life so much. He is such a precious little guy. Please keep us in your prayers and drop us a line to let us know you are thinking about us. Your words of encouragement mean so much. God Bless!!
