Hi Carl and Paul,
I am in your Mother-in-law, Jane’s, Sunday School class. Please know that we all have been praying for you guys and will continue to do so. We are so excited to see how God will work in your lives and in the lives of others there in China. Stay safe, keep the faith, and know that there are many who don’t know you directly but are continually lifting you up in prayer before the Lord. God Bless you both!

Hi Carl and Paul!! Happy New Year to you both, as you are already in 2008! It is about 5:45 PM Eastern Standard Time here as I write this, so we have awhile before we ring in the new year! We hope you are both well and we are all keeping you in our thoughts and prayers. We love you both!
Take Care!

Happy New Year Carl and Paul! We will pray for you tonight as you get the first treatment. It is butt cold here today and very windy. Not a good day to hunt Carl. I went pheasant hunting over Christmas and killed one. It snowed a bunch in Kansas. Ready to start a new work year here tomorrow. Will be thinking of you every moment. Take care.

Carl:
I am am keeping up with your progress through this great communication blog. This is so exciting for you, although I am sure it is also a wee bit scary for you as well. Have no fear knowing that GOD is with you and you have a HUGE ‘fan club’ cheering you on and praying for you back in the U. S. Thanks Paul for being such a good guy to help this become a reality for Carl. He definitly needs you there to help him through this being so far away. ~~Jil Pfander

Hi Carl, It is 12:13AM Jan 2, 2008. I really never wake up after I have gone to bed… This morning I woke up and started reading emails and I realized that you were getting ready to take your first treatment. I have never met you- I have just heard wonderful things about you from Vickie. When you get home and can actually see me- I will HAVE to come over and introduce myself. I am praying for you as you receive your first treatment. Happy New Year to both you and Paul. Blessings, Judy

Hi Carl- I forgot to tell you that they say my husband’s mini-stroke to the optic nerve was caused by a drop in his hemoglobin and blood pressure. They have diagnosed him with NAION and don’t have much help for him. We have had 30 chelation iv’s and 10 hyperbarrick oxygen treatments. Do you think stem cell treatments would help? We would love to hear from you and find out more about China. Thanks for your help and glad to hear you are doing so well.
