Thankfully, Jeff is up today and having therapy. He feels great, no headache. We have a bit of a routine and it helps pass the 6 hours he has to lay flat on his back. He usually waits 7 just to be careful.
The girls are doing great! They have some friends that they hang out with each day. It is good they can get away from us for a little while. They can also get away from each other:)
Tonight we are planning to take a walk to a nearby park. It is all lit up at night and seems to be a popular place. There are always a lot of people out there at night. We try to get out of the hospital when ever we can. There is an open air market across the street and went over there last night. Just looked, didn’t see anything I wanted to buy. It was just nice to get out and walk around a little.
Please remember us in your prayers. We are close to the half way mark. 25 more days here. Emily is the countdown queen. It’s not that she is ready to leave, she just keeps track of the days. She is learning a lot over here. She is getting really good at counting money. She is very smart, just like her sister:)

Wow-Halfway!!! Thrilled to hear-NO HEADACHE:) I pray for improvements everyday.

Glad to hear Jeff is doing well & no headaches!!! Can’t wait to see videos of him & how he is improved!! Hard to believe ya’ll are halfway through the treatment program…we are continuting to pray for great results for Jeff!!!
The boys & I took Doug to see Karate Kid Sunday afternoon for Father’s Day…they asked if that was were ya’ll were….there were scenes of Beijing & the Great Wall & I have no idea what the little village you are in is like….could be like the area they lived in…you will have to let us know

No headaches ! that is awesome. Telll Jeff everyone here is praying for him. I have enlisted numerous prayer warriors here in Alabaster and Pelham and anywhere I can find them. Have a great day Les.

I agree Debbie. Not so much desperation and Jeff is looking a lot more relaxed when we talk on Skype. Les – I know I keep saying this but thanks so much for everything! I just want you to know that I love you and appreciate you. Hannah and Emily – I’m so happy that you’ve made new friends. You may not realize it now but you are making memories that will be with you forever! What fun! Jeff – you look better everytime I see you. I see relief and hope in your face. Half way through! I can’t wait to see the videos of your PT. Praying every day and God is answering. Love you all! Dad sends love too!

This is my first post, although I have been trying to keep up with Jeff’s progress through the blog. Hannah, I am glad to hear you are enjoying yourself in China. You are all in my thoughts and prayers!! Praying the next 25 days will bring more and more progress and healing for Jeff! Praying for Jeff….Isaiah 41:10, “Do not fear I am with you, do not not be dismayed for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”
