September 9, 2007 – Great Day!

September 10th, 2007

Well, yesterday we were awake for a total of seven hours. Our stamina is definitely improving! We actually went to visit our oldest son and his wife for a couple of hours. They moved into a new house while we were in China so this was our chance to visit it as their “home”. While there, Dave practiced his walking backwards out in the street and did a super job. (Don’t worry, it is a very quiet, dead end street so it wasn’t too dangerous). Our son, David, was very surprised to see that Dave was walking so well without his brace on, and without his cane! The circulation in Dave’s feet continues to be excellent.

Not much else to report on since we are spending so much time sleeping!

We still keep in touch daily with many of the friends we made over in China!
