I am now 33 going on 34 and I am also gathering funds like others to persue these treatments as well. To Joy: Do not hold your breath on the US government passing any law soon when it comes to live human trials. It will be a good while before that happens and time is precious in my eyes. My advice is research China's ongoing treatments and see for yourself the amazing things that are going on. I myself, have severe spasms so bad that I need 20 lbs weights on each leg at night just to stop them from kicking all over the place. That is why I have full intensions on going to China myself for such treatments.

My sister Angel jD and a mother of 2, was in an automobile accident 2004, which left her a quadriplegic (C5-6). However, Angel can breath on her own and has really good gross motor skills of her arms. She is able to feed herself with a bent utensil and grasp a cup to drink out of. Her fine motor skills are still on the workings. Angel has really bad spasms in her legs. She recently had her second dosage of Botox shots in ankles and legs. Angel has gained a lot of feeling. She does have a standing frame at home and uses it sometimes. Angel is really curious about the stem cell research and is hoping the state of MO will be soon pass a law. Please keep in touch.
