Flight home to UK went OK except for a wheelchair missing in Beijing. Had to use the shuttle bus to get from the internal flight terminal to the international terminal 3. No wheelchair was waiting when I got off the bus, so I ended up sitting on top of our luggage on a trolley and was wheeled down to the CheckIn counter when things got sorted out. So, beware, if you are changing terminals and/or the flight carriers are different.
Since getting home, I was not too good for he first few days. I have been sleeping a lot and not been up to exercising. However, today, I feel quite a bit better and think that I have got back to the MS level I had before going to China. I have been able to walk a few steps across open space without hanging on to anything. I have trolleyed around the supermarket for a while. And I have had a good exercise session. So, I am currently positive and waiting for the stem cells to do their job…..and get me a bit better.
