No major breakthrough as yet but I feel that I am getting a bit better/stronger and exercises going well. I think that I am back to where I was before breaking my arm last November, and definitely better than I was in China.
I must say that my broken arm is much better thanks to the hands on exercising it received in Hangzhou.
Keeping in touch with Glauco from Italy who received stem cells last summer in Shenyang. His progress has been very significant and he has been improving steadily over this period. Thus the stem cells work over quite a long period of time.
