6 weeks on – Still no noticeable MS improvements yet.
Kirshner(Bieke) has suggested I review a book by Dr AG Payne on Umbilical Cord Stem cells available on Amazon.com. It recommends a best diet for helping stem cells to do their work. Anyone going for treatment should obtain this book before going to China. I have been eating foods that are best to be avoided both in China and since I returned home.

No real noticeable improvement yet. Still a bit up and down. Did manage to stand for 30 seconds with feet together and eyes closed. Will test my self each week to see if my balance improves.
Had an email from Ron(who also has MS) and Elaine who we met at Hangzhou. They were 2 weeks in front of me. Ron has made progress. He says ‘My balance is getting better every day although I have some down days too. I can walk 5 times farther than in the last 2 years’. So good for Ron. I want some of the same!!!
