Hi everyone this is the last post from china . I had my assesment yesterday they said my muscles were stronger especially the stomach my walking has improved and i can nearly sit up by myself from a laying position . thats all for now we are running late see you all in australia love the Irwinsxoxoxo

Hi everyone, all is going well i had my last stem cell injection yesterday, i did not sleep to well so physio was hard today, only one more day of physio left, so i hope i sleep better tonight. Sunday we went out sightseeing we went to westlake which is a park near a lake about a million chinese were there and they all stared at us and courtney we took some good pictures of the boats and the lake we also went to wilshon square which is all souvenier shops there were also a million chinese there to they all wanted to touch courtney we got some good souveniers, we then went to lunch at hooters which was fun i got a picture with one of the hooter chicks, courtney liked it because she wanted to dance with the hooter girls, all in all it was a good day out. Hangzhou is very big and it made us realise how lucky we are to live in Australia when you see how some of the people live here.Thats all for now we will write again on thursday before we leave. love the Irwinsxoxoxo

G’day folks, no great news to report today . I had my sixth lumbar punture on monday, i have not slept well for two nights , so physio has been hard and i have not made much progress but that happens when you are tired, they said. For your information astrid , andy the physio and accupunture man has been using cups on my lower back it reminds me of your treatment at home .I will ask him questions about the accupunture treatment for you . we are planning to go out sunday for sightseeing . Next monday will be my last lumbar treatment so it wont be long till we are flying home ,thanks for messages astrid, paolo, uncle brian, madeline,geoff and sue .We will be hoping for a roosters win friday night .I really appreciate the messages you all send it gives me inspiration.Thats all for today love you all the Irwinsxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxxoxoxoxoxoxo

Hi everyone ,having a day off today , although i did some exercises myself this morning with annettes assistance we took some pictures off the ward today , other than that it has been a quiet day i have my program for next week , i have my next lumbar punture on monday and we have rest days on friday and sunday next weekend will be our last one here we are looking forward to coming home. As i have said i am making some progress but it is going to be a long road they say the best results will come in three to six months time, but i have to work hard to achieve my goals . One thing we have noticed over here they let off fireworks all hours of the day and the night we have been told it is to celebrate every occasion births, deaths, marriages ,etc. thanks for the messages dean ,mum ,brett good luck with touch on monday and wednesday.missing you all love the Irwinsxoxoxoxxo

Hi everyone , its been a very busy week sorry we have not written before this , annette has been sick again and courtney is sick today .Mondays lumbar punture went well and i had another dose today through the drip , so no laying on your back for six hours i am having progress with my strength ,walking and my speech is stronger and clearer .The physio is quite hard but it seems to be working from a laying position i can now lift my body up to a sitting position ,i am getting close to being able to get out of bed myself unaided .Annette went to the night markets on wednesday to look for souveniers they was not much there but they are very busy and you have to negociate all your prices but you usually end up getting your price , we hope to get out next sunday to try and find some more things.They have drivers who will take you to sight seeing spots for a small fee.sorry we have not been able to post pictures we can not work out the computer we are taking plenty of pictures to bring home, thanks for your messages tony, heath ,tim,aud,madeline.I will disscuss tattoos when i get home madeline . we will write again sunday or monday as we have the weekend off.all our love the Irwinsoxoxoxoxoxoxox

Hi everyone,some good news from my mum ,apparently there has been a breakthrough in research into the cause of motor neuron disease a gene has been discovered that mutates and causes the illness, so they can start treating the gene with different drugs to find a cure. This gives all sufferers renewed hope that there will be a cure soon, the discovery was made in australia.All is going well over here we are getting over our sickness.I recieved my program for the next week , i have my next lumbar punture on monday at 2.30pm around the time you play mixed in lismore dean, so think of savage when you are setting mat up for a try.I do physio, wave therapy and accupunture each morning from 8.30am.We have rest days next weekend hopefully we might get out next sunday as we have been to sick this week. Today we just had a lazy day watching chinese television thats all for now we will write again wednesday, missing you all love the Irwins . xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxox
