Hi everyone,some good news from my mum ,apparently there has been a breakthrough in research into the cause of motor neuron disease a gene has been discovered that mutates and causes the illness, so they can start treating the gene with different drugs to find a cure. This gives all sufferers renewed hope that there will be a cure soon, the discovery was made in australia.All is going well over here we are getting over our sickness.I recieved my program for the next week , i have my next lumbar punture on monday at 2.30pm around the time you play mixed in lismore dean, so think of savage when you are setting mat up for a try.I do physio, wave therapy and accupunture each morning from 8.30am.We have rest days next weekend hopefully we might get out next sunday as we have been to sick this week. Today we just had a lazy day watching chinese television thats all for now we will write again wednesday, missing you all love the Irwins . xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxox

soo good to hear about how things are progressing
have been wondering what was happening and will check on your progress regularly
will think about you as mixed touch happens tonight and will give chicka an uppercut myself if squirter fails to do so ,or more likely if its too soft.

Hey Daddy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Miss u guys soooo much! Cant wait til you get back, I was so happy to read the article on the breakthrough the other day… its what we were all waiting to hear. Hi you three just read your message and you all sound so much better. I needed some good news to-day Teena rang me up Nathan is going for custody of the kids so it looks like another fight for Mum. Ive been busy all week-end cleaning up the back yard Ive got the pool looking good so it’s been a busy couple of days. I miss you all and ca’nt wait to see you Mat started his new job this week hope everything goes well for him. I bought another toy box for ALL Botta’s toys so the lounge room looks tidy (till she gets home). look after each other and Botta counting down the days now 19 to go. Love you all Mum

Squirt gave me your contact so i am touching base .great to hear about the speech & hand ,keep up the fight. Training starts for footy (Sth Lismore) this week numbers a bit down but its only early. Asked Squirt to coachU/13′s might need you to give him a push. Hope Annette is feeling better a change of climate will affect most people.Will keep in touch all the best.

Hi guys,
sounds like the past coupla weeks have been hectic. That snake juice is amazing stuff, will fix u up no worries.Had a coupla hard games tonite in Ballina. A loss and a draw. I must be getting old, or the players we are chasing around are getting younger. Shit we had 2 work hard 2 night. At least it is not raining. weather is getting cooler 2. Even stayed for a drink 2 night.
