As i have said i am making some progress but it is going to be a long road they say the best results will come in three to six months time, but i have to work hard to achieve my goals . Hello Geoff, Anette and Courtney,
It is great to hear about your progress Geoff and I’m really curious about the acupuncture they are doing and the physio. I hope Annette and Courtney got a bit of treatment as well, Chinese medicine and some needles? I guess the cold weather is quite hard to adapt to, coming from subtropical Australia. And I suppose the food is probabely very different as well.I hope you recover well and can still enjoy the different culture a bit. It doesn’t sound you would want to stay over there for too long though and are looking forward coming back. It is often by going away that we start to appreciate more of what we have, isn’t it? Anyway I am very happy for you Geoff that things are going so well and I’m looking forward to hear more of your stories when you are back and see all the acupuncture pictures taken by Annette;. It is amazing how fast the time went, it feels like you only just left. I guess it is also because I don’t go much on the computer. I wish all three of you the best healing for the rest of your time in China. Take it easy and enjoy as much as you can. Lots of love Astrid

    Hi Geoff
Just a short message from the big Kahunas, Ballina. We still are learning how to play Touch. Had a loss and a draw last week. The draw happened due to a touch down after the bell, scored by the other team. Everyone is OK. I was talking to Paulo on Monday about a party when you return. All the best from the team.
