Everything is fine here and routine resumes today. I was not kept up all night surprisingly and feel quite refreshed. Whatever they gave Grace must of been quite strong as she woke up around 9pm last night let me force some juice down her, messed with 1/4 of a fairy cake and was fast asleep by 10.45pm. She slept all night until the alarm clock woke her at 7am. All day she has been very lethargic, very floppy and off her food. She has drank well though and i’m told she’ll be back to normal tomorrow.
It’s been a cold and wet day and i’ve spent it shuffling round wrapped up with my slippers on. It’s amazing how you get acclimatised so quickly because it’s actually been 29c today and at home i’d be huffing and puffing saying it’s too hot!
It’s been a slow news day today and i haven’t got much to say.
Speak to you all tomorrow

Hi you two,
How is your day today? Sounds like yesterday was a bit slow for you but I would say enjoy it while you can!
Have you managed to get out today? Any photos for us yet?
I have just finished work until 1st September, we are off to Porthmadog on saturday in the caravan so going to spend next few days preparing for it! Lots of clothes as you know what the weather can be like!!!
There was a big scare on the news yesterday about how bad Ham is for your health and there is strong evidence that it causes bowl cancer later in life what is Owen and Rose going to eat now???? To be fair it is the reformed stuff which I do buy so going to have to buy a pig and keep in the garden. Or yours? Do you fancy a few pigs at the bottom of your garden??
Speak soon xxxxxxxxxx lots of kisses for Grace xxxxxxxxxxxxx
Hi to you both,
I only just noticed that there was a new post. I am glad you weren’t kept up all night. It sounds like they gave Grace some strong stuff. I am sure it is better than the alternative though.
I know what you mean about the temperatures. I am the same when we get a cooler day in summer here, below 30 and I get cold! Who would have thought we would adapt so well. The weather is starting to improve here now. The mornings are frosty but they warm up nicely. We have lovely gas ducted heating in the new house so we are enjoying the mornings again. We have to get up earlier to get to work but it is worth it.
I have another driving lesson today. I think I am driving in the busy built up areas at lunchtime! It should be interesting. Hopefully I won’t kill someone on a pedestrian crossing!
Jon has decided to have a house warming at the weekend so it looks like Paul and I get to hurry up and unpack the house and then go out for the night to leave them to it! I thought it was very nice of her!!!! Well at least we’ll get out to see a movie. I might even drive so Paul can have a few drinks for a change. All the cinema’s sell beer and wine, it is great!
Sorry for rambling.
I hope you have a good day today and Grace will be back to herself. We are all thinking of you and wishing you all the best.
Lots of love
