Go to the Park?

For anybody who is not around Hallie on a daily basis, she loves to go to the park. “Go to the park?” said in Hallie’s pitiful asking voice, is usually her way of telling us it is time to go. So of course, we had to go to the park and it was beautiful. This park was not your normal park that Hallie is talking about. It had a small carnival with a carousel, airplane ride, bumber cars, and two trampolines. There was also a lake where you could rent paddle and motor boats, and amazing sculptures were throughout the entire park. This area was so beautiful, we counted at least three weddings taking their photos here.

Thank you so much for being so great at posting updates! It is such a blessing to get a glimpse of what you guys are experiencing there. Hallie is so extremely beautiful, and what a brave girl. Way to go on making the newspaper too, Carter =) We love you guys so much, and are continuing to pray. Hannah Marie prays for Hallie every morning =)

Thank you for your sweet comment. It is a once in a lifetime experience. Our family is loving getting to know all the other families here. And all the nurses and staff love on our kids so much- we wont’ want to leave! Thank you again for all that you did to help get us here.

Thank you so much for following Hallie’s story.. it REALLY means a lot that we can share this experience with you. Thank you for your prayers, they mean the most. Facebook doesn’t work here, so I’ve lost track on your baby smurfs mane… has she donated some hair to ‘locks of love’ yet??? HAHA… shoot me a pic through email if you get the chance. I’d love to see a recent one!

Ni- How Devon & Hannah!
Tell Hannah that Hallie asked to call her once since we’ve been here! And thank her for her sweet sweet prayers. WE go for walks everyday along beautiful trees and flowers and I have noticed some amazing butterflies. The butterflies even look Asian… I’ll take a pic next time to show you. But we think about you every time we see them. I miss chatting… anything new?
