Cant wait to see Bingo girls, im sure we will be on a winner when i get back. And to all my tresured family and friends who made it possible for me to be here i love you all to the end of the earth. 4 Down 1 to go

Goodmorning everybody, Hope all is well your end, all is pretty good here this morning. After a painful spinal stem cell yesterday i have woken up today in quiet good spirits, I slept from 5pm till 5am i must have needed it or it was the sleeping tablet i took. Today is a normal day with therapy this morning with acupuncture, and in the afternoon more therapy. We are going to go out for tea tonight and check out one of our favorite resturants that is meant to be under water from the floods here. Looks like we will have to dine somewhere else this time. Thanks again for all your support, will update soon. Love Hazel and Jody x

update by Hazel

Hello all my followers, on saturday we went to hong kong we had to go through customs and then on the train it was quite interesting to see all the country side,we went to the mong kok markets and brought a few Knick knacks, we stayed Saturday night in hong kong as we could not leave until saturday afternoon i had therapy in the morning, it never stopped raining, when we got of the train coming back we were like 2 drowned rats and we went into a posh hotel and had a toilet stop and a drink and something to eat today, We went and had our feet peeled dead skin rubbed off, toe nails clipped, nails painted all for about 7 dollars and a maicure as well. Joe who works here came in and video me today and asked questions on how i think i am going, i said i think small improvement all round. Well tomorrow is stemcell day, no 4. and then 1. to go and then a full week of therapy and acupuncture.I hope you are all well and will see you all when i get back. Will update blog again Wednesday after my stem cells to let you all know how i go. Love to everybody. Love Hazel and Jody x
