Goodmorning everybody, Hope all is well your end, all is pretty good here this morning. After a painful spinal stem cell yesterday i have woken up today in quiet good spirits, I slept from 5pm till 5am i must have needed it or it was the sleeping tablet i took. Today is a normal day with therapy this morning with acupuncture, and in the afternoon more therapy. We are going to go out for tea tonight and check out one of our favorite resturants that is meant to be under water from the floods here. Looks like we will have to dine somewhere else this time. HI Aunty Hazel, sorry to hear that the treatment you had the other day was painful, i hope your feeling better know, great to know that you and Jody are getting out to see some sights,if you couldnt get out you would be bord shitless!Not long to go know bet you cant wait to see everyone. Hi Hazel and Prude sorry to here you have to go through all that pain but what do they say no pain no gain so we want lots of gain. The sun is actually out at moment but still bloody freezing cold.

hello girls l’m glad your in the last stretch of your treatment. thinkin of you all the time heres a joke 4 u both…………………….Little David comes home from first grade and tells his father that they learned about the history of Valentine’s Day.
