Stem Cells China Day 23 21.03.07
Had another late night last night as Richard wanted to do a little shopping, the shops never seem to close always wanting to do some deal or other! So 12 midnight went and 6.30 came but wasn’t too bad considering. The rehab again was increased with weight bar going up a further half kilo with another weight strapped to my left arm. I really wasn’t in the mood if I’m honest but to my surprise I lifted the bar further than yesterday and was spurred on by Richard who seems to have the knack of keeping me motivated. It followed as usual by the limb table with my arms and legs being stretched even further Judy must think I’m a flamin’ wishbone. I ended up sitting on the edge of the table again and was given a large medicine ball to stretch out with my arms stretching my back whilst trying to keep my balance, well I nearly did it! Judy must think I’m superman
