Day 35 – Sunday 25/11/07
November 26th, 2007
Jay awoke at 5.00am and was still in a lot of pain, I called the Doctor and she gave him an injection for the pain, he still wouldn’t eat all day so I called the Doctor again and he gave him fluid in his IV to give him more energy, Jay was also sick today so I called the Doctor for that, he gave him something in his IV to stop him being sick. Jay likes someone to lie beside him at all times, it’s more tiring lying about than actually doing something. We all have stayed in the hospital since Jay has had his stem cell injection as he as been so ill. Jay has been so ill that he doesn’t even want his DVDs on. It wasn’t a very good day again, fingers crossed he will be better tomorrow.

Oh dear, what an awful, traumatic time you are having. I hope so much that Jay feels better by now, or soon. It must be agonising to see him suffering so much; it surely must ease soon. I just hope that, a few months from now, this will all be history and Jay will be back to his normal self , plus more….. Thinking of you all and hoping you get extra strength from somewhere…. Lots of love and best wishes

Dear Jay,
I am so sad to hear that you are feeling poorly and I hope that you feel much better very soon. We all miss you in Rainbow Room and think about you every day. You are being such a brave boy. I know just how hard it is for you to stay still but keep trying your best. I will keep reading and seeing how you are doing.

The class read your letter last week but were unable to access this site for some reason. The class are all wishing Jay well and are pleased to here of all his progresses. They will be sorry to hear that he has been undergoing such a painful time – hopefully the pain will lessen soon and he will become more comfortable. Hopefully, the class will be able to access this site soon and leave Jay a proper message from them all. Please give Jay our hugs.
