The days are flying by and summer has arrived in Saskatchewan. Joanne is still in Wascana Rehab as we wait for government approval for our new foreign worker. We should have her working for us by mid July at the latest, although nothing is ever guaranteed. Joanne’s spirits are good and the care at the rehab is good. To date Joanne does not have any movement in her limbs and it is 2 days shy of 2 months after her last stemcell injection. We remain hopeful as it is still early in the process and all I can say is time will tell . I am going to keep the faith and wait patiently and continue on with life as usual . Take care everyone and have a great summer. Will keep you informed .
I have been thinking of you both often, and was great to get an update on Joanne. I sure hope that the private care arrangements come through and that Joanne can finally be in the comfort of her home – though I am sure she is getting wonderful care at Wascana. Keep up the faith and I pray that Joanne will see some improvement in the upcoming weeks. Have a wonderful summer and God Bless~
I hope that Joanne is home now and that everything has worked out with the private care.
It has been a whirl wind of emotions for all of you, but we all remain hopeful that the best is yet to come.
Take care
Cheryl & Floyd
