Josh before last treatment

This is a picture of Jack and Andy. Jack is on the left. He is one of the translators here. He is absolutely hilarious. He has a lot of energy. He brightens things up for all of  us around here. Andy is one of the acupunturists. At first he thought Josh’s name was George. The way they pronounce words is different than us. He is pretty funny too. All the staff here are great. They definately make it a happier place to be. I hope the hospital appreciates them the way we all do. We get to leave Tuesday. Our flight leaves at 10:10 am. We are counting down the days. A month is a long time to be away from your family, friends, and your home. The saying, there is no place like home is definately true. Anyway, Josh is doing great. He has a little soreness in his back if he moves the wrong way, but other than that, he is doing good. Still no improvement with his eyes, but we will just have to be patient and see what the year brings. Talk to everyone later,

Final stem cell treatment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yay…. we are finally done with Josh’s stem cell injections! Everything went great. Josh said it was the best one yet. They took him Wed. and did an x-ray on his back to see if it would help make it easier. It definately did. I just wish they would have thought of that sooner if they thought it would help. But anyway, it is all over with. This is a pic of Josh with several of the doctors. Dr. Mao is on the left. He is the one that does Josh’s injections. Wendy is also in this pic. She is one of the translators.
