The trees are in full color, but not as pretty as last year because of the dry summer. There are more yellows than red, except for the one maple tree we have in our front yard. I think it is the prettiest tree ever. Red this year , but in some years more scarlett. The sky is gray today and it is abit windy,assisting the leaves in their downward spiral. The yellow finch that comes to my bird feeder outside the kitchen window has lost his bright feathers and now looks like the female does all year long mostly brown and black.He is ready for winter. Everyday we see flocks of Canadian geese flying above us in their journey south. The kids are getting excited about Halloween and going trick or treat. Mason is going to be a hippie and Trey will be Elvis. Last year Cai and AAJ (Chis' boys) were the scarecrow and the lion. They won second prize .I haven't heard what they will be this year. Joe and I walk around with the kids as they beg for treats. We both really enjoy seeing the fun they are having. Well I 'm thinking that as I go to sleep this p.m. the two of you will be broading the plane for your return trip home? I'm so excited for you and I am getting tears just thinking about how that must feel. Home, it's the best place ever.Make sure to call me and let me know when you get there. That has a lot of what your past has dealt to you. When life does nothing but rain on your day, watch for that silver lining. Those of us who are eternally optimistic when the worst comes, are going to be the ones who prevail. It's so hard at times to keep that optimism going, but deary, its worth it. I haven't had the best of life, better than others, but not the best. Sure there are things I wish I could go back and change, but at the same time, I wouldn't be who I am today if it were not for those events. Life happens. Remember, you can only have issues, problems and happiness if you're alive. Don't forget that. Anything you choose to do with your life when you get back, I'll be there supporting you along with all your family and friends. We all want you to be happy and for you to do what pleases you most. We're trying to arrange a trip up to see you guys soon and i have so much to tell you about school and work and boys! School's pretty cool so far, a bit stressful but i'm so glad to be back in choir so i can sing again. and I only work at fast eddies cCATERING anymore rather than at the pizza shop as well so i don't come home smelling like pizza every night (but when i DO cater i smell like everything and that is not a good smell to have) i'm also still working at the bank and its pretty nice there (cept i have this 35 customer who keeps hitting on me... CREEPER! And i have a new boyfriend ;) his name is Jacob and he graduated from Clear Fork a year a head of me. now he is majoring in English at OSU Mansfield. He's really sweet and extraordinarily honest and i think you would love his older sister Magen cause she is obsessed with video games and anime! I'll have to bring pictures from this summer to catch up with the three of you this summer. I cant wait to see you and i'll keep praying that you have a safe/stress free trip home alright? Ti amo! The weather was beautiful. We worked on the porch above the garage and I did some more painting. Mason and Trey stayed with us Saturday and went to church with us yesterday. After that I took Mason to get a belated Birthday present. He choose a football and "stickey" gloves. They are to help him "hold onto the ball." It is always fun to see a childs view of what they value, At one point he was going to give Trey $5 but in the end he just couldn't part with it. He did say he would share with him though. Did u get your package yet? If so when? Just curious to see how long it took to get there.
