November 19th, 2009

The day started really early as fireworks were being set off at 5.45am (not good). I am so lacking my sleep!!

I went downtown to the Jimo Market with a few of the others from the 8th floor. What an experience that is……..although I will definitely go back again before we come home. Keiran & Keith, stayed in the hospital & had chinese for lunch & played on the Wii.

Keiran is really enjoying talking to the other families on the ward; especially Summer – she’s so sweet & is 16months old from America & she reminds Keiran of his cousin Summer at home. Also, Amy from Southend as she likes to Burp like he does!

We are going to the Holiday Inn for dinner tomorrow nite as Kevin & Peter, Laurinda & Odette are escaping Friday and are off home. It will be strange to see them leave.

    Hi All,

OMG fireworks at 5:45 a.m. (definitely not good) – no wonder you are all tired, how annoying.

Jimo Market sounds good and at least you are out of the hospital room for a little while and, why does it not surprise me, that Keith and Keiran stayed behind eating lol – bless them I hope Keiran wooped Keith’s behind on the Wii……………sorry Keith but you know I luv it when Keiran beats you.

As for burping – that did make me smile – as it reminded me of when Keiran burped his name and Gianni tried copying him.

Glad Keiran is enjoying the other familes being around, it must help tremendously, although like you say will be a little sad when you have to say good-bye to other familis, but no doubt you will all stay in touch.

Hope today is going ok for you all and keep smiling :-) as it is the second week nearly over now.
Luv to you all and kisses and cuddles as always

    Hi all

Glad you have managed to get out Hayley – bet that was nice for you!

So Keiran did you beat Dad on the Wii and how many portions or Chinese did you eat then?

Can’t believe you are coming up for the end of another week – half way through your treatment tomorrow Keiran. I hear you are still being a brave trooper superstar!!! Will try and call in the morning before i go to work, otherwise i’ll speak to you on Saturday.

Hope you are not burping at Summer out there, like you try doing at home to our Summer – we all miss you heaps!

    Love to you all

    Hi Keiran,
its been amazing reading your blog, your mum is so good at updating us with your treatment.Just like your mum and dad we are missing you all loads too.My Wednesday afternoons are not the same without our chats and burping,we certainly have got some catching up to do.I’ve seen Maddie and Georgia at school alot and I have been asking after you and your mum and dad,so they have been updating us as well,I ‘ve also been chating to your grandad,I hope he does’t think I’m to nosey. While I think about it did you like your fudge? There’s alot more of that waiting for when you get home,I’ve even made some rather large fudge cakes, all you have to do is tell what flavour you would like and I’ll make you one in time for Christmas.I’ve got to go and pick Olivia up from dancing now,so you take care and give mum and dad a huge cuddle from me and imagine this BURPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP is from me to you with lots of love XXXXXXXXXXX
