November 29th, 2009
Today was a ‘free day’ but it was rather cold; to say the least. So I was lucky enough to go downtown to the Jimo Market with a few of the other mum’s. After a rather freaky experience of being driven to the wrong part of town & then a drive to the airport we ended back at the hospital. I swear the taxi driver thought we were MUGS – oh dear; he messed with the wrong people LOL! There’s a story to be told when we come home LOL! We were very lucky to be rescued by Charlie (a very nice man who’s a driver from the hospital). We eventually ended up downtown.
Keiran & Keith stayed at the hospital and they enjoyed listening to Star Trek & Keith fell asleep. Which Keiran thought was highly funny as Keith was snoring.
We went to Pizza Hut this evening for dinner. We now have rather full tummies. I’ve really turned into a ‘ten ton tessa’ since being here…………There’s nothing to do but eat. I thought I’d possibly loose some weight with all the stress – wishful thinking!
We are now waiting to see if we he can chat to the girls before we turn in for the evening but Mum has told me that Kelly is having problems with her connection to the Internet due to some not very nice people cutting their cables 
Tomorrow Keiran has his 6th treatment via IV. He really doesn’t mind the IV’s – which is a good job as he has extra this week.
Just over a week until we are home & I get to see my beautiful girls in person rather than an image on the computer. We are really looking forward to coming home & I hope the week will go quickly.
Thank you to everyone who’s been encouraging us………..without you guys it would have been much harder!!!

One week left!!!!!!! Have been keeping an eye on you all and pleased to see Keiran is still being the brave boy we all love and miss.
Cant w8 until you get back and hear about it all in person!!!! Sounds like you had fun with the taxi driver but like you said he messed with the wrong ones this time!!!! LOL
The girls are welcome to come around mine if Kels still having trouble with her connection.

Hi All
you never told me the story about the taxi driver cant wait to hear it all, the girls came around mine with Kelly today but didnt catch you on line. The girls are fine they love and miss you all and are lookin forward to speaking you on Skype in the mornng. Like they said today its only just over a week to go. Hope Keirans IV goes all right tomorrow. I suppose hes being as brave as ever

Wow only a week to go!! Congratulations, we will arrive there on December 7 I think the day you are leaving. I wish we would have been able to meet. Hope the week flys for you, I on the other hand am beginning to get my nerves in a knot knowing what the next few weeks holds for us and Little London Ruby.

Hi Everyone,
WOW – one week left – I’m sure you dont think it has flown by, but it does feel like.
I have enjoyed catching up and reading all your updates on the blog, but will be great to speak to you “in person” when we get a chance (and if you are ready to put up with visitors).
I can imagine it is still all very stressful and exhausint but on the plus side you will be seeing the girls very soon.
Good on you for giving the Taxi Driver what for – cheeky sod – but like you say they messed with the wrong group!!!!
Looking forward to catching up soon – sorry missed you on Skype over the weekend.
Well done Keiran – so proud of you and how brave you are being – can’t wait to hear all about it.
