Well my first week was incredibly busy and hectic and i am sorry that i did not have to to update my travel blog.
My first days is in China were spent at the head office going from one meeting to the next.
I did get a chance to sit down with a researcher from Standford which was great. he seems to be a wonderful man who is very open to our work. He is an ALS specialist so we talked at length about ALS and the general treatment of it in the USA. We also spoke about a couple of my cases and he gave some tips about things i could tell my patients that may improve their overall health. I will go into more depth about that another time. Of course he and I also spoke in details about my work with the ONH/SOD cases. he was impressed by the results we have had with the first kiddo’s and all the documentation I have done on those cases.
I am going to fly out to California to meet some of his team members and a couple of other Neuro Ophthalmologists once i return to the states.
The rest of my time was just filled with meeting with each department in the company. Rather dull over all but did get a lot accomplished.
I did get some photos yesterday of the stem cells arriving at the airport and being checked in and transfused. if i can figure out how i will add the to this blog.
Stay tuned!

Dear Kirshner,
I have read your blog with great interest, and I have some questions about the stem cell transplant in China. The reason I became so interested is that I have a close friend and colleague who suffered from stroke at young age and he lost his eyesight. He is a physician with deep understanding of biomedical sciences. I am thinking about the stem cell transplant for restoring the vision, and I would like him to talk to you directly to find out more information about the treatment. Could you email me directly? If you have more contact information about anyone in US who has undergone the treatment, and you may be able to share that with me, that will be great.
My email is partimer123@gmail.com
Thanks very much in advance.
Pete
