home sweet home!!!

good morning, it`s great to be back home again! there`s nothin` like sleeping in your own bed. although i feel pretty run down from the flights & 14 hr. time difference, i`m hopeful that with a few days rest i`ll bounce back. that long flight from china to Chicago is just brutal!!! they were wonderful at the hospital, they threw me a surprise party the night before we left, everyone was there. the morning we left all the staff walked us out. we got lots of pictures. we have plenty to do here, unpack, 40 days of mail to open, laundry, etc it`s cold here too & they`re calling for snow tonight & tomorrow (yuck!) still it`s great to be here. good bye for now. love Lenny & Angie

Glad to hear that you are home and enjoying your own space. It must have been a bittersweet thing to leave all of the people that you spent so much time with for 40 days. How special that they gave you a surprise going away party. I can’t wait to see the rest of the pictures.
We had a good Thanksgiving here with Grama and MK and family and all the Alabama folks.
Take care and rest up for the holidays.

Hey Guys,
I am glad to hear you made it back ok. I miss my bed, but this hotel the holiday inn you recommended is great. We will be heading out Mon. morning. Grama is so good right now, she said she loves you to pieces. She does really funny stuff sometimes like spit out popcorn when no one is looking. She said susie’s blouse was too low and it shows her crack and then said she has a crack of her own but it’s not there!!!! She is VERY sarcastic for 98. xoxo ttyl mk

Great to hear you landed safe and sound! We enjoyed surprising you with that little get together and it was well worth it to see Lenny do the can can!…..we have pics to prove it! All the best and thanks for the towels and little things you left for us…..
