Hi Everyone,

Had my 4th stem cell treatment on Monday. Everytime I have one it feels like I’ve been given a dose of adrenaline cause my body and brain go into overdrive, it’s a cool experience. Time in physio is really starting to show results with my seating balance on the gym equipment and it feels like I’m improving in most of the strength and flexibility exercises also.

Deb and Shane just said farewell. Sad to see them go, been an amazing last few weeks with both of them. They both made it possible for me to come here and I will never forget it, from the bottom of my heart thanks to both of you.

Here’s the view after a small blizzard on Monday.

    Hi Matthew,

Goodness what a busy day you have – bet you sleep well !
Thanks for all the info regarding your daily routine – you’ll probably feel lost when you return home. The acupuncture sounds interesting especially the ones between the fingers and toes!!!!
It’s wonderful that Deb,Dad & Shane were able to make your trip possible. Bet you’ll all have some stories when you get together again.
Rob’s off to China again, this time in April for the Wool Conference in Beijing . We’ll be looking forward to some China travel experiences when next we catch up.
Sending our love to you and dad,
Sue & Rob, Jon , Aimee & Meg
