What we do

January 30th, 2008

Hi people,

Thought I’ve been a bit vague about whats been happening so here is a quick summary.

Daily Schedule

Physio:

- starts at 8:30

- I work on trying to move muscles in my arms that aren’t working properly….yet!

- Stretch legs

- Do all sorts of core balance exercises

Standing Machine

- 10 – 10:30

Electrical wave therapy

11-11:45

Lunch

Acutepuncture

- 1.30 – 2.30pm

- Needles in temple, arms, finger tips, thighs, knees, calves, feet, between fingers and toes.

- Needles wired up to electric stim machine for 30 mins

Free

- Trying to keep fit by doing plenty of laps of the floor in chair.

- Happy hour (for the drinkers)

- Thursday night is party night

- Dinner

- Bed (about 7)

I get stem cells twice a week by lumbar puncture and on Sundays I get a day off but I usually spend it in the hospital because if you get sick they won’t give you the stem cells :-s

    Hi Matt, Paul & Marita have kept us updated with your progress & now your own blog.
    Hope you keep improving. Give our love & best wishes to your Dad & your other relliies & helpers whether they are Aussie, Chinese or even good old POMS.
    Keep up the good work…bet its hard but it will be worth it.

    Thanks for the lovely photos of view from your room. I was surprised to see all those buildings out there. It seems you are in the big city. I am happy that you’ve seen snow for that first time. I always loved to see snow falling endlessly from the sky. It’s kind of healing by watching it except it’s very cold…….. You seemed to have very busy schedule everyday. I am keep sending all my healing power now and then. Have a great time there and eat most of China(I mean, enjoy eating real Chinese…. I mean food, not people)!! All the best. I hope my English is understandable. Cheers, cobber.

    Hi Matt,You sound really happy and as I always say you deserve every bit.It feels like a long time since you left to go to China,It will be good to see you so as we can have a laugh about the cows,Hi Five!!!!!Any Hooo see you next week and heres to a safe trip home.
