I’ve already had three of my stemcell treatments, two IV and one spinal. “Ouch!” I couldn’t eat or drink for 6 hours before the spinal injection and then I had to lay still for 6 hours after, because if I moved I could get a headache or throw up, before it was time to move. I could drink and eat after 4 hours but since I couldn’t move, mum made me drink from a cup with a straw and heated up some of my dinner and popped it straight into my mouth. The next day I was feeling fine!
