Hello All,
We made it home! Our planes were on time, with no maintenance problems. Ryan behaved himself quite well and tolerated the long trip home. Not only were we on time, but all of our luggage made it as well. We are still adjusting to the time zone change of 13 hours. After two nights of late night movies and reading, I finally gave up and took an Ambien to try and reset my clock. Ryan is still burning the midnight oil, but is slowly coming around. In addition, he is still battling the upper respiratory infection he caught at the hospital. Sarah was very excited to see us and happy to have her family back home. I have some time to re-adjust and catch up on six weeks worth of neglected projects before returning to work. When we feel enough time has past to objectively report on Ryan’s progress, I will make our opinions known on this blog. Hey guys!! Wow its good to know everyone is home and safe! How are all of you doing? We have been meaning to write everyone sooner, but just havn’t gotten around to it! How did the rest of Ryan’s treatments go?
Kade has been doing really well! He is walking on his own now and tries to repeat everything you say lol, it so funny! We think he may be starting to get some light perception, but its still really hard to tell since he can’t speak to us clearly. So until then its a waiting game!
Are you guys still planning on coming up to Colorado this winter? It would be nice to see you guys! Well we hope to see hear from you guys soon! Hope all is well! Take care
