Hello Everyone,
Ryan has finished his first stem cell treatment via lumbar puncture and had his bone marrow aspiration. Everything seems to be going well almost six hours after the procedure. He is sleeping peacefully, at the moment, and has no fever. As long as it continues this way, we are looking good. Unfortunately for Ryan, he is not supposed to move much until 3 p.m. tomorrow afternoon. He will be sore for a few days around the aspiration site and may have back pain tomorrow as well. Suzanne has organized a get together for tomorrow evening with the patients and the staff. Hopefully, we will get a good group to show up and relax a little after today. That’s all for now.
