Hello All, Ryan has completed his seventh treatment and has had no significant side effects. We spent the night at the hotel last night and are starting to think about packing for home. We have changed our plane tickets to return two days early, so we have less than one week left. Thus far, the trip has been easier than the previous two. If everything goes as planned we should be home late Friday night. Ryan has one more treatment scheduled for Wednesday. It will be another umbilical cord cell treatment via lumbar puncture. It seems to me that the doctors here are doing a better job of administering the lumbar puncture, as several of the other patients have reported no pain during the procedure, and Ryan has had almost no side effects. We can’t begin to describe how excited we are to see the grouchy, thousand yard stare, of the immigration officer in the U.S.A. I will update again after the last treatment.
