The trip here

February 6th, 2010

We arrived here a day and a half ago, but we have been really tired and trying to get settled in. The flight here was long and very eventful. On the flight from Las Vegas the assistance team actually dropped me between two rows of economy seats and I was wedged under the seat for a little while. Once they finally got me out I flew from Las Vegas and San Francisco laying down across three seats. Once we boarded the plane in San Francisco had to Beijing, I was not able to get into the seat that they assigned me because it was not handicapped Accessible, so they moved Judy and I up to business class, but unfortunately my poor aunt was left in economy seating. I do not start my first therapy treatment until Monday morning so I will post more after that.

    Hi Tammy,
Hope you treatment on Monday went well. We are all hoping the best. The remodeling is coming along. All the sheet rock is up except the hallway. Johnny’s son Troy is coming down from Butte Sat to finish up the taping and then will texture and repair the damage in the front room and bedroom from the leaky roof. No leaks this winter with the new one on. Shad should have our cabinets in the next weekend. It is starting to come together. Think of you several times a day. Hello to Chere and Judy.
    Hugs

Good morning or should I say good evening. It’s about 8 am Wed.
I’m interested in how they had you on a standing table for 20 minutes. That sounds great. It is a bright sunny cold morning. 15 degrees. Want you to know that all of us here are thinking of you. Give a big hug to Chere and hope she enjoyed the market. Was it an open market? Take care
Hugs Lyla and my three John’s

    Hi Tammy!
We spent a whole class in Earth science talking about you and stem cells and research, government regulations, cloning, etc. It was quite interesting to hear some of the misconceptions my 8th graders had on things. We had them write a short paper on it for extra credit. They were supposed to be studying erosion but you were much more interesting!! I’m glad everything is going well and I hope it continues to go fantastically! Hugs to everyone…

    Love,
    John
