Wednesday 18th June – Netta

Hi Guys – OK we’ve cancelled the strike…. Don’t know why though as there was still only a handful of messages but never mind. We were only joking anyway and only went on strike as we had nothing to report and you know what a trouble causer that Lynda is….haha.
Terry’s had his 5th stemcell injection today and he’s been a bit off colour since which is quite normal. We did however, film him with a lovely chinese lady on the balcony, she was trying to get him doing exercises but she doesn’t speak a word of english so it was a bit hit and miss. She had been cooking something in the microwave next door and she was trying to tell us what it was but we had to get our interpreter to come in the end to explain – turns out it was frogs (she showed us a huge bag of dried frogs) and she takes the insides out to make a nutricious concoction for her daughter in law (the one who had a stroke during childbirth). She told us its very expensive to buy but she feels well worth it. She showed Terry some dried crocodiles (or Alligators) yesterday!!! Don’t know what she does with them.
Terry missed the television debut as they came today instead of tomorrow and it clashed with his Stemcells injection. He said it doesn’t matter anyway as he’s already world famous on four continents, hahaha.
Here are a couple of photo’s of a group of ladies exercising before bed – quite dark but you’ll get the jist..

Good Morning all,
Halleluiah the strike is over, Thank you, we know we are not worthy but we are grateful watching Dad’s blog is the only thing that gets most of us through the day.
Sorry to hear Dad’s not feeling to good, make sure he doesn’t eat any of them frogs or crocodiles I think that would make him really sick, I felt rotten just reading about it.
Laura has been made a prefect at school this week she is hoping for Head Girl as well, not for any other reason than she gets to go in for lunch before everyone else!!! What can I say I’m so proud.
No real news for you I’m afraid no jokes either I know I’m rubbish
Love to you all

Hi All
Glad to hear that you are out of your strop, I now know where Kaitlin gets her funny moods from!!!!!
Please keep up the blogs, they are a great form of entertainment and watching Terry and his transformation is great.
Hope Terry is feeling a bit better. Please don’t be telling Matthew about frogs in microwaves, it’s bad enough finding worms and slugs all over the place……
Keep up the good work and spirits, love to you all

Hi All
Great, videos are back, but I am unable to run it at work so something nice for when I get home.
It’s like autumn today, still dry but really cold- even needed my gloves when I biked into work this morning. Still only 3 weeks and we will be in Jamaica.
I am sure Terry will be feeling great tomorrow & up to more antics, that’s what seems to have happened when he had the other injections. Are both you girls feeling better now and over the stomach bug?
The last of the words of wisdom, I’ll have to find something else to entertain you with tomorrow.
love
Anita & Rodger

Hi All
Great videos, good to see the continuing improvement.
The exercises Terry was doing reminds me of excercises I used to do when I was a mere teenager many moons ago, but there was a little song that went with it:
I must, I must, I must improve my b###.
I’m sure most of the ladies will have tried it a sometime!!?? or maybe not??
We were at the hospital today, the surgeon checked Nathans cut and is happy that there is no sign of an infection and that the wound is healing well, Nathan is having trouble getting around and has resorted back to the crutches from Sunday, but the doctor said that this will improve, he damaged his muscle as the cut was deep, but it will rectify itself and with the wound healing the cut feels quite tight when he walks.
He has his stiches out on Monday and has to attend the hospital again in 2 weeks time just for a check. He is absolutley fine though, nothing to worry about and he will be as good as new in a couple of weeks.
I spoke with the school and he is returning to school tomorrow(Thursday), he will be kept seperate from the other monsters though, just in case he gets a bang.
It seems to rain an awful lot there, Manchester has had some great weather but today it is raining very heavy.
Not sure exactly when you are back but we are looking forward to seeing you.
Keeps those spirits up.
Take care

Hiya,
Acapuncture really seems to benefit Terry – the improvement in his arm movement is great, so this is something definitely to continue with when back home in the UK, as well as all of the exercises, of course., (not just exercising the vocal chords)! The rain that you are having is so heavy, just do not bring that back home with you. As Anita mentioned, it is not brilliant here, but at least it is dry, (well for the moment anyway).
Bye for now
Love Janis & John

Hi all,
It looks as though you are still enjoying your time there. Terry looks great. Oliver had his drum exam last week and has just found out he got a merit so he is over the moon. Georgia has her flute exam next week so I think she is feeling under pressure. And I took my piano exam this week! All we need now is a lead singer and we will have the whole kit and kaboodle. We will have to practice playing red red robin for when you get back Terry and fill that space!!!.Gary says hi, he is just about to get some shut eye as he has been at work all day and now he has to do the nightshift at the airport.
Keep up the good work Jeanette it makes great viewing.
Bye for now, Love Lynda & Gary xxxxx
