  Dear Terry, Linda and Jeanette

  We can only appologise to the lack of response to the blog, as we have had problems with the computer receiving it until today, however we have been keeping up to date with the videos on u-tube.

  Looking at the videos we can see an improvement in Terry, thank goodness we haven’t been there to hear his singing. Do you want us to get the upholsterers to respring your matterass?

  Terry just a warning – keep Jeanette away from those bars, or is it poles she should be kept away from? I really can’t remember!!!
  The excercise are going really well and I’m sure you couldn’t have dreamed of doing half the things you have achieved in the last few weeks. It’s fanastic!!
  Looks like giving instuctions and filming comes naturally to Lynda, I think she’ll definately be putting you through your paces when you geIt home! (don’t tell her – she scares me)!
  Not long now, good luck with your last injection and keep up the work.
  I will leave you with a joke.

  Hello,
  Lynda you have done really well with the blog & videos – obviously a natural. Sorry to hear that Terry’s not so good & had a fall , but I’m sure that it is all just a “blip”, his body retaliating a liitle after all the exericse, however it will be intersesting to hear what the Doctors have to say. As others have said, Terry’s muscles have been out of use for such a long time that they need to build up again. & this takes time. Will be thinking of you Terry as you have your last injection. Bye for now.Love to all

  Hi All

  Well done Lynda with the blog, as for the videos,I can see who is the boss, telling him off all the time. You should have known he was going to do “knees up mother brown”

  Anyway, for all you blog comment users, have any of you any idea as the what the security words mean that we have to type in? None of them were in the vocabulary I was taught at school, but of course my Rodger knew them all – I told him he should have got a life.

  Terry seems a lot better today but still a bit wobbly, I expect the injection tomorrow will upset him a little too. I think we all have to give him time,he has been though a lot with all the physio etc, his body is just telling him to slow down.

  Good luck for tomorrow,not long now and you will be on your way home.

  Funny Church Bulletin Mistakes ……
  The service will close with “Little Drops of Water.” One of the ladies will start quietly and the rest of the congregation will join in

  This afternoon there will be a meeting in the South and North ends of the church. Children will be baptized at both ends.

  The eighth graders will be presenting Shakespeare’s “Hamlet” in the church basement on Friday at 7 p.m. The congregation is invited to attend this tragedy.

  Thursday night – Potluck supper. Prayer and medication to follow.

  Tuesday at 4:00 PM there will be an ice cream social. All ladies giving milk will please come early.

  This being Easter Sunday, we will ask Mrs. Lewis to come forward and lay an egg on the altar.

  Hello everyone not long now – hope the new director keeps up the blog! Terry – Adam say’s Hi, and he misses you,wow thats more than he has said to me in a month!!
  Rick your so brave on the net remember certain people will soon be only a short drive away!!!!!!!!

  Anita, the words are to stop automatice programs from sending all that spam to the site without being verified as a proper E site, basically computers are set (that cannot be traced back) by unscrupulous people to send all sorts of stuff, however most computers will auto scan the anti spam word and as it is usually slightly spelt wrong, will stall and not be able to connect to the blog this is enough to frustrate the buggers, if someone tries to type the word then log on they will need to put an email both need to be correct to log on. IF YOU BELIEVE THAT THEN I HAVE SOME GRASING LAND IN SAUDI YOU CAN HAVE VERY CHEAP??

  Hey Linda, you’re a natural at this film-making lark but I can tell you are already ambitious to do the big all-action movies and no doubt you’ll get plenty of opportunities on your return home. In the meantime, how about some shots of the lovely Jeanette who has been such a support and comfort to you both? In fact, she has done the same to all us blog-watchers with her optimism and enthusiasm. Let’s hear it for Jeanette!

  Very impressed with your bar work, Terry – but then you have had lots of experience in the past – couldn’t resist that one – sorry. And I bet it’s a while since Linda chased you up stairs, with or without a camera! But did I detect a touch of the Mr Grumpy creeping in at one point?

  Speaking of whom, he send you greetings from Spain where he and Sean are blearily recovering from yet another night on the town, overdosing on bitter, bacon sarnis and flamenco-dancing. Well, you have to have a bit of culture, don’t you?

  I’m sure you are counting the days to your return home but oh dear, what shall we do without our daily fix, not of Big Brother, but of Big Terry?

  Hi All,

  Well done Mum I am impressed filming and updating the blog and you tell me you can’t even send an e-mail. No excuses from now on.

  Dad, my heart was in my mouth when you are climbing the stairs I haven’t got sound at the moment on my PC so not sure if their is any commentary, the exercise you are doing in the gym are impressive, it looks like you are only holding on lightly to the bars whilst lifting your leg off the ground rather than letting the bars do the work so that’s excellent.

  Hi Jeanette, how you doing caught a brief glimpse of you on video the other day you are looking well, did the parcel I sent arrive yet?

  According to the flight details I have you are due in on Friday at 5.05am I will be at the airport to meet you, I don’t know if you have arranged for anybody else to pick you up, if not I will bring your car if you want just let me know.

  I’ve been back since sept.2007 and have seen very little improvement I now have to use a walke to get around that do’snt meen that you wont see a lot more
