13th day in China
October 13th, 2009
Well dinner was pretty good last night…the restaurant was named Hot Pot…you pick two types of meat and they cook it in front of you…at our table we ordered shrimp and chicken and the other table ordered beef and clams…they mix different types of vegetables in it like mushrooms, carrots, onions, garlic, and add a thick sauce kind of like soy sauce (i guess?) and they serve it with white rice…everybody ate out of the pot that the food was cooked in…and it was actually pretty good the only difficult thing was that they cook the shrimp with head and shell on so we had to peel and take the head off…which gets a little messy…the locals eat the whole shrimp with shell and all!!! Tuesday Trinity had therapy in the morning and afternoon…and we took a long walk outside… and that was pretty much it! Tomorrow she will have her third treatment so I will fill you guys in on that tomorrow..

Hi, I have been following you and Trinity from the time you left Baton Rouge, LA. I love reading the updates on Trinity and I am praying for her. Don’t worry about Trinity and the treatments, it is in God’s hand and he is working on her. Take care and I will pray for you and your mom also.

I’m glad yall enjoyed the food. I think that’s pretty amazing the types of treatment/therapy they have there. Wha’ts up with the US of A?! TTYL! Love ya.

Hey Trinity,Teosha, and Mrs. Iris!! I am tracking Trinity down each day! The school system will wonder why this is the most visited site in my class. The children in my class think that Trinity is the BRAVEST child they know. Everday at 2:45 we check the blog to see how she is doing and if I dont log on in time they will WAIT and just barely make it to the bus to read about her. Have a good week!!! and we will be reading!!
